  2. Atlantia Kingdom Arts and Sciences Festival (KASF) is now a protected event
    1. First Saturday in March is KASF and no other event kingdomwide may occur

  4. Royal Notables
    1. Clarity created regarding all Kingdom Notables
      1. The Kingdom Royal Notables are positions held in service to the Crown of Atlantia for the tenure of one year, except for the Scrivener Royal.
        1. Scrivener Royal is selected PER REIGN.
      2. All Kingdom Notables are overseen by the Kingdom Minister of Arts and Sciences, with the exception of the Royal Archer and First Sword of Atlantia (Rapier), which fall under the Kingdom Earl Marshal, and the Scrivener Royal which falls under the Triton Herald.
    2. Two new Royal Notables
      1. Royal Artisan – intended to support Arts kingdom wide that are not already supported by the Notables of Royal Bard, Baker, Brewer, and Poeta.
      2. Royal Scientist – intended to support Sciences kingdom wide.
      3. The difference between Arts and Science in terms of these two competitions is for the Artist or Scientist to self-select.
      4. Populace input is encouraged regarding how these new noteables will be managed. Please send input, questions, concerns, and requests via email to MOAS@officer.atlantia.sca.org or your local MOAS or other trusted officer.
    3. Further context:
      1. Reasoning: This adds 2 new notables, a Royal Artisan and a Royal Scientist. The Kingdom Arts and Sciences Champion should not be listed under the Kingdom Notables, but will now be listed under the new Appendix F, Charter for Kingdom Champions. This also changes the name of the Royal Rapier Champion to the First Sword of Atlantia and changes their term of service from 6 months to 1 year.
      2. The Kingdom Arts and Sciences Champion is chosen PER REIGN.
        1. Winter Reign A&S Champion can be expected to support the Gulf Wars A&S Competition.
        2. Summer Reign A&S Champion can be expected to support the Pennsic A&S Competition.

Populace input is requested for how the Royal Artisan and Royal Scientist should be handled. The first competition for these two new notable positions is tentatively scheduled for KASF 2025. These positions are created to support the A&S activities of the populace of Atlantia, so please send in your thoughts, ideas, concerns, and any feedback to an officer.
